We’ve been having milder weather – a few days last week were even above 0!

The temperatures have been milder the past few weeks . . . usually about –5C or so. We have had a lot of snowfall this week. In fact, it even snowed today.

Happy 94th Birthday Finland! Yesterday we woke up to our first bit of snow – about 1cm. It stuck around all day. Today snowed more – on and off most of the day. Don’t know if it will still be around tomorrow though because the temp keeps fluctuating between –2C and +2C . . .

First frost today. So far, only 3 days where the temp has dipped below freezing . . . the coldest was the Sunday of Josefina’s birthday party . .  I think it was –6C.
